How to get a GPX file from Strava
  1. Open strava.com in a browser (on a phone: Chrome/Safari in "Desktop site" mode) and sign in.
  2. Open your run, click ⋯ (three dots), then "Export GPX".
  3. Upload that .gpx file here.

Garmin Connect, Coros, Komoot and any other app that exports GPX work too.

1 Your medal size

Measure your real medal without the ribbon: width × height. Its place on the poster is made to fit.

2 Medal zone on the poster

"Follow the medal" reads its outline from the medal photo ("Photos & route" tab): straight on, on plain white paper, without the ribbon.

3 How the medal hangs

The hook and the slot are made to fit this ribbon. Flat hook: its tongue is 3 mm narrower than the ribbon and 3 mm thick at the tip, so it fits most medal ribbon slots.

1 Layout

"Strava" shows the Strava screenshot large on the left (without one: the runner photo). Changing the layout keeps your moves, from the new places.

2 Arrange the poster

Pick a part, then move, size or turn it right on the 2D preview (mouse or finger), or use the sliders.

On the preview: pull a corner of the box to size it, the round handle above it to turn it (Shift = 15° steps), or pinch with two fingers.
